{"id":14093,"date":"2023-11-28T10:16:50","date_gmt":"2023-11-27T23:16:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archery.org.au\/?p=14093"},"modified":"2024-10-17T14:58:08","modified_gmt":"2024-10-17T03:58:08","slug":"archery-australia-sets-target-to-revamp-education-processes-with-etrainu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oldsite.archery.org.au\/es\/uncategorised-en\/archery-australia-sets-target-to-revamp-education-processes-with-etrainu\/","title":{"rendered":"Archery Australia sets target to revamp education processes with etrainu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Archery Australia sets target to revamp education processes with etrainu<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Archery Australia has partnered with etrainu to transform the way archery coaches, officials, and athletes in Australia access and benefit from educational resources.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As the governing body of archery across the country, Archery Australia oversees the development of high-performance archery, as well as pathways and development programs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With a membership of over 8,000, Archery Australis is rapidly growing, particularly in the para archery discipline.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The growth of Archery Australia\u2019s membership means that the organisation requires a training and education program to meet members&#8217; needs and sustainably keep up with the development demand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Archery Australia used to rely solely on face-to-face workshops, which reduced accessibility for all parties and placed a heavy administrative burden on the organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">etrainu\u2019s platform will allow Archery Australia to modernise their educational framework, reduce repetitiveness, and introduce a blended approach of online and face-to-face learning. Through etrainu, Archery Australia will also have the capability to centralise its resources and membership base\u2014making reporting more efficient and the user experience much easier. Archery Australia will also use etrainu\u2019s functionality to leverage qualifications from other platforms to allow seamless transfer of certifications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Michael Maclennan, National Operations Manager at Archery Australia, said, \u201cArchery Australia is excited to partner with etrainu for our online learning and content management. This collaboration promises to keep our athletes, coaches, officials, and the entire archery community well-informed and empowered.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">etrainu VP of Sales and Revenue Cameron O\u2019Riordan said, \u201cWe\u2019re excited to help Archery Australia digitise their education. We\u2019re passionate about assisting organisations to innovate, and we look forward to seeing what Archery Australia will achieve with the etrainu platform.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As part of the implementation, Archery Australia plans to integrate its ecosystem, replacing existing platforms and simplifying processes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The platform will initially be used for Archery Australia\u2019s national programs, starting with athletes who will trial the platform in December. The next focus will be on building the coaching framework, with a full-scale launch planned for next year. A number of sports psychology courses relating to mental performance have been roadmapped for the platform.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of Archery Australia\u2019s core values is inclusion, so being able to deliver a platform and training that is more accessible will really change the way education is provided to its members.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Archery Australia\u2019s vision is to streamline its education and training efforts to better prepare its members for events such as the Olympics, Paralympics, and World Championships.
