Here are the top highlights from our latest newsletter:<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"351\" data-end=\"387\">\ud83c\udff9 Bronze Success at Asia Cup #1<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"912\">Australia kicked off the 2025 international season in style at the Asia Cup #1 in Bangkok. The Men\u2019s Recurve Team\u2014Ryan Tyack, Jai Crawley, and Chris Jackson\u2014clinched a well-earned bronze medal after a strong series of performances, including victories over Singapore, Bangladesh, and Kazakhstan. Individual archers also shone, with notable efforts from Ryan Tyack, Jai Crawley, and Lexie Feeney. Our compound archers showed promise, gaining valuable international experience and laying strong foundations for the year ahead.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"968\">\ud83d\udc4b Meet Our New GM of High Performance \u2013 Gina Rees<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"969\" data-end=\"1295\">We\u2019re thrilled to welcome Gina Rees as Archery Australia\u2019s new General Manager of High Performance. Gina brings a wealth of experience from elite sports, including her recent role with the Matildas at the FIFA Women\u2019s World Cup. She\u2019ll focus on building sustainable, high-performance programs as we work towards Brisbane 2032.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1339\">\ud83d\udcc8 Participation &amp; Club Support Update<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1721\">Our five State Participation Leads are making great strides in promoting archery at grassroots levels. They&#8217;re collaborating with local clubs, community groups, and national programs like Scouts, Girl Guides, and Sporting Schools to boost participation.
